Who I work with
I work with adults, couples, adolescents, and families who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck and overwhelmed. Many of my clients are seeking support, clarity, and healthier ways of coping and connecting.
A welcoming space
In-person sessions are held at Counseling Solutions in Springfield, Missouri. The office provides a comfortable, confidential setting where clients can feel at ease discussing challenges, exploring goals, and working toward meaningful change.
Whether we meet in person or virtually, my goal is to provide a supportive environment where you feel comfortable, respected, and empowered to work toward your goals.
Outside of the office
Outside of my counseling work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, practicing yoga, reading, and spending time in nature. I value balance, connection, and intentional living, which are also important themes I bring into my work with clients.
